Marie, Noelle, and all their friends are back to solve more mysteries---big and small.
This year, the girls struggle all year long to earn enough money to travel to Hawaii where their biggest mystery ever awaits them.
These popular books appeal to girls who love to solve puzzles, uncover clues, and crack cases! Along with Marie and her best friend, Noelle, girls must figure out which clues in the story will help solve the mystery and which ones are red herrings--those false leads that can send a reader in the wrong direction.
A repeating cast of characters and real-life girl situations allow readers to connect with the stories they're reading.
Once the reader solves a mystery, she can tear open a case folder in the back of the book to check her answer.

  •     My 10 year old loves these and devours them in a day. They are short stories with clues. Great for problem solving, focus and fun.
  •     This is the second "Mini Mysteries" that I have purchased for my granddaughter. She loves to read and is in love with the Mini Mysteries books. She has finished the stories and is now asking for another book of mysteries.
  •     The stories were well based but but very easy. Many of the stories really wouldn't happen to your average girl. The odds that would have a huge slumber party just to and exercise in the morning never really happens. It's just very unrealistic in what really happen to your girl. The mysteries where quite dull, but I think this would be a good pastime for traveling and such. I am 12 years old.
  •     Book was supposed to be in used, like new condition. It contained creases on the covers and tears on the inside of the book. I would rate the book as used, good condition.
  •     The third in the series is another good addition. If you like the first and second, then you'll probably like this one too. I'd recommend the other two first (my 8 year old thought those were a little bit better).
  •     My Daughter and I both love these books. The only bad thing is that when you are done with book 3 there is no book 4!
  •     I bought "Mini Mysteries" for my daughter and she loved it. I immediately bought " Mini Mysteries 3" for her.Unfortunately, about half of the stories were repeats from the original. If we had not bought the original, this would had received 5 stars.
  •     My "tween" daughter and I really loved the first two Mini Mysteries books...this one is disappointing. The mysteries are either very obvious or just not very clever in this issue. They have tried to carry a thread of a story throughout the book, which they didn't bother with in the other ones. It adds artifice to the stories.
  •     My husband and I have been delighted with the first book of the series. Our granddaughter, 12, reads a story to us, when we are tucked in for the night while visiting (a happy reversal!). As we hear a clue, we nudge one another. Sometimes we surprise our granddaughter by blurting out a solution! We are getting subsequent books in order to continue this pastime. I gave only four stars as some of the stories contained slight errors.
