  •     I have purchased several water exercise books. This one has the easiest to understand illustrations, as well as a variety of goood and effective exercises.
  •     It was geared for european readers with the metric system. I was looking for specific noodle exercises for my stomach, arms, legs and overall toning. Again, it's too general trying to give a little to everyone I think, but I would prefer a simple definitive with good illustration for a good workout to keep fit.

  •     This book is awesome because I am limited to exercising in water do to my previous back surgery and other injuries. This book is easy to read and the direction on how to perform exercises are easy to follow for me. I take this book with me to water class and share with the other ladies and they love it also.
