  •     A fabulous cookbook with easy to follow recipes just right for a busy household that loves great food.
  •     If you're a little bored with your standard repertoire of recipes, I'd recommend this book; a world of flavors, some of them exotic, in one easy to read and comprehend book. There's a little British to American English translation required, but it's not daunting. Measurements are in metric, but easy enough to translate as well. I've made my first dish, Ghanaian Chicken & Peanut Stew, and am looking forward to more exploration. I really like that there a lot of recipes that use ingredients and flavor combinations not common to American cooking and am looking forward to broadening my culinary horizons.
